Customer Service
Based in our historic Liverpool offices we have a dedicated customer service team, who will work closely with you to clarify your requirements carefully. Our team is there to ensure that your first delivery is safe, your queries are answered, and the standards that you expect are maintained for every delivery.
Setting up as a customer is made as easy as possible. We will require two short forms from you, the first is a customer account form, and the second is a delivery information form. Once this is done you are ready to place orders with bulk deliveries requiring a minimum of 2 working days' notice.

Making an installation?
Architects and installers frequently call upon our knowledge base to discuss the practicalities of installing a wood pellet system. We always seek to be as involved as possible in the installation of fuel stores as our recommendations can enable the fuel to be delivered as softly as possible.
